Emotional Regulation and Mindfulness Sessions
We specialise in Emotional Regulation using Mindfulness, and catering to all ages!
After qualifying as a teacher, gaining a PGCE from Brunel university, I started working with young people who had suffered varying traumas, and some with Additional Educational Needs. Driven by wanting a set of tools that could better support their progress holistically thorugh helping to build resilience, therefore, Well-being became my focus.
Over the years I was privaleged enough to work with professionals from a multitude of backgrounds, Dr of Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, Educational Psychologists, Behaviour Psychologists building up a variety of strategies along the way.
I then completed a Masters in psychology, submitting live research which investigated the influence of mindfulness on cognitive and social development for young people who have complex needs.
I have since been supporting young people globally to self regulate through one to one sessions, sharing strategies and building confidence in a safe and supportive environment, with great success.
I am fully insured globally for online or in-person and accredited by a number of boards nationally and internationally, meaning I adhere to strict codes of ethics, which can give you the piece of mind that you are in safe hands.
